Debit for the cancelled sim that they resolved the case not to debit

Hi Please pay me back my money that you debited R188.82 which you debited from my account on the 01/08/2020, For the service, I never received and I had placed a lot of complaints without any resolution from your team, I canceled this sim with direct instructions to have my account not debited. I will be taking this to ombudsmen and claiming for all the month that i made call to your contact center and you never did anything to assist me if this money is not paid back with immediate effect
