I changed my debit date on the 18th of June and my services were stopped then on the 1st of July they deducted my account twice. Their explanation made no sense at all. I'm do not recommend Rain to anyone anymore.

I'm on maternity leave and you took the little that I get paid by UIF. Over and above I paid even for the days I had no services that were stopped by you, worse I phoned in and you said you wont open them until I pay.
