Debit but No Service

Rain it is not what they promise. They say it's a month to month and when you haven't paid you don't get service, I get that but why debit twice on the following month? Didn't use Rain for 3 months they debited more on my account saying I used their service. Called them 5 times, 3 times they said they will refund me but 2 times they said I used their Data. Now this Month didn't pay they cut their services when I called to verify why I want refund and hanged up on me. Their consultant was not friendly at. So disappointed in them.
