Debit after I canceled as well as dismissive agent JJ Botha

Firstly the fact that this is a well established company and has no means of contacting them telephonically is just disgraceful. On the 15th of December I deactivated my rain account after having already paid extra to have my debit date moved as well, to my surprise on the 15 of January I received a debit and to add insult to injury the dashboard says 25 Feb there is another debit awaiting. I got in to contact with the rain support and explained my case when J J Botha just dismissed me and said I will not be getting a my money back. Rain is supposed to be month to month and I don't expect to be debited months after canceling. I would like to be contacted and would like an apology from JJ Botha and better assistance and my money back
