Deactivate My acc please

I have an issue my account was wrongfully debuted in Feb 4 times I have been fighting to get my money back and I'm not winning

I've decided to let you guys take my money it's fine . I spoke to some.rude consulted who wasn't wiling to help I told her to cancel my service and instead she blocked my internet from working imagine after taking my money 4 times on my acc .

I also let that go now my issue is you guys keep trying to debit my account since March please please deactivate my account please I can't keep blocking my card for you guys
