Days Later and Rain Still Hasn’t Fixed Anything

I’m back here again because Rain still hasn’t fixed my internet issue. It has been days without a working connection, and despite all my previous calls, “reboot and restart” is still the only response I get. I was promised contact from a supervisor yesterday, yet no one has bothered to get in touch. This is beyond frustrating and shows a clear lack of concern for your customers. I work from home, my kids rely on online schooling, and Rain’s ongoing failure to resolve this is completely unacceptable.
