**************** to double debit me for an upgrade from 4G to 5G

At the end of Seotember 2021, I decided to upgrade my internet connection from 4G to 5G and requested that my 4G be cancelled but instead of canceling my 4G Rain decides to bill me for both my 4G and 5G in October and November 2021. This is ****************. I want to be refunded for both October and November!!!!

Thanks, i have received a refund for November but what about October I was invoiced double the amount?
