I’m extremely annoyed with Rain as I recently signed up for a month to month contract that was on promotion for this month and was promised that all my services would be covered for the entire month not having to worry about payment as that is scheduled for the end of this month on the agreed dates, I’ve received my router and sim card on the 4th of November, but the sim card does not seem to work and I have called their contact centre a few times to log this issue with them, but I’m yet to receive a response, I am livid as I’m currently working from home and need my network to work urgently and don’t think that this is being handled with any urgency, I would really appreciate the same energy that was app**** when signing me up to apply should I bring it to their attention that I’m having issues with their products or services.
