The Audacity to debit/***** money even after you have cancelled. Have not used and cancelled for 2 months but they had the audacity to debit an account that I even removed on my profile. I have contacted but they have not assisted me with this matter instead gave me million excuses to eventually escalate the matter. The agents don't even sound professionally trained, there is no direct number for billing department and can't even transfer you for assistance. BULL****!!! R479 each month taken without my will.
