Daylight ******* & frustration caused

I received payment confirmation of R820.00 from the rain support email address (15/05/24) - payment was made 14/05/24. Today I see R410 has been deducted from my account. I called in 3 times horrible response and twice I got called back earlier, the 1st I couldn't take but the 2nd she dropped the call!! My due date for payment is 25/05 , WHY was I Debuted TODAY??? UNACCEpTABLE and so very unprofessional agent!!!!
