Daylight ******* from Rain

Rain is a month to month contract and once you stop paying they cancel your connection, but they keep on billing me and sometime last year I did tell them to stop harassing me with their SMS but still today I still get SMS, they say I owe them over R7000, I asked for what because my connection was cancelled and their answer is 'If payment doesn’t come through, your service might get suspended or limited, but the subscription itself stays live—and charges keep piling up until you officially cancel via rainGO.' This is the 3rd time and problem is you dont get any reference nor can you save the convewrsation, so I have been billed just because I have a subscibtion but no services rendered to me. What kind of scheme is Rain running
