Daylight *******

I am seriously disturbed and extremely disappointed by Rain service. I have sent them numerous complaints about their service. When I stayed in Senaone they connected me to Lenasia tower, therefore I had to experience load shedding twice. I had less than 6 hours of internet daily and sometimes less and when I expressed my dissatisfaction still nothing was done about it. They then suspended my services and now they are charging me for services I haven't been using since January. This is broad daylight *******.
