I was using the rain sim card month to month, there was no contractual agreement sim card be delivered to me via courier guy. A few months down the light I moved into an apartment with wifi. Since I was not in any kind of contract with rain I did not continue paying because I did not need their services. Now I am told that I owe rain because I did not inform them that I do not need their services anymore, this company must just close down if they do not have money to continue operating, this is daylight *******. The last time I check customers pay for services or products. Consumer protection needs to launch an investigation on this one. I refused to pay and they said they threatened that the amount is going to accumulate and it's even handed over to debt collectors. Stay away from rain they are toxic.
