Daylight *******!!!!

This is daylight *******!!!! Not Only do they not help you or call you back as jou ask. They now want to charge you a full month after you have paid and asked to upgrade... I requested a Manager to call me numerous times, but they ignore me. The people on the phone talk to you like they dont want to assist you. This is nonsense.

Call me Urgently to sort this out or i will get ombutsman involved

This is it....

I'm contacting Ombudsman tomorrow morning @09:00am... if Rain doesnt contact me or resolve my network before then. I will report and get lawyers involved as well.

I paid my premium on 25 April have statements to prove it... they switched off my nework.

So over it... you ask people to contact you and they just ignore...

Rain is *****ing money!!!!

I CALLED AND THEY JUST DROPPED THE CALL ABOUT 3 TIMES.
