What a BAD SERVICE, I spoke to a consultant at Rain by the name of Lebohang Adeline Letsheko who handed over the phone to her Colleague who refused to give me her name after she was supposed to assist me with the following problem: I have a Rain Sim card and which on their website they stated that it is not a contract it is a month to month deal WITH A Limit which i set it on R0.00 , so what happen is that i went to the second month for 3 days all i want to know is that why do i have to pay R24.20 extra.?? Please note that the Agent or Consultant were unprofessional also because they didn't even inform me that the calls are recorded.

What i want now is to Pay R250 as stated on your website without any hidden costs to proceed for this month.

Please Assist
