I feel like rain they are ****ming me now(or they taking advantage)

My monthly fees was R529so last month they told me I should pay R956 because m in errors and I did pay them (if it possible ask them to show you invoice)

(Remember rain is not a contract you pay month to month)

This month bill its R1169.48 instead of R595 how is that possible

January 2024month end I paid double amount R900

February 2024 new bill it's R1000 it's double no guys let us be reasonable I feel like now you are ****ming me now coz this month I was supposed to pay R595 since I paid double last month

Hello Peter can you investigate them for me because it doesn't make sense over for call no one told me that my new bill will be this high AGAIN
