Day 6, connection not established after Centurion towers downtime, Rain is now silent
I was informed 3 days later that Towers in Centurion were striken by lightning. Day 3/4 which was on Thursday a lady called and let me know that I should be up and running because I had been moved to a working tower, till today guess what!! no internet connection. I have been asking to be connected or be canceled immediately, this is day 6, no connection, no cancelation, zero communication now.

17 Nov 2020, 11:23Today is the 17th November and still no help from Rain. My payment date remains the 1st December on my account. Please cancel this immediately and remove me from your client’s database. I home school, my kids are in the middle of exams. There is no point in having a product with service that is non existent.
