Day 4 and still no intenet

Reference Number: ***8. Day 4 without internet. Logged various tickets, asked Rain on AskRain so many times, we phoned the call center about 6 times to no avail. Rebooted, moved, hard resets and did everything they asked but still don't have internet. My biggest issue here is that although everybody seems very friendly and seem to want to help while they are speaking to you, as soon as you put the phone down you are back to square one and still don't have internet. I just don't know what to do anymore...
