Data usage not available, App doesn't work, website neither

I tried to change my usage limits both on the website and the app. I also can't establish if I am near my limit or have reached it. Support couldn't tell me my usage or fix the problem so I could increase it. Impossible to use your services. I bought data from Cell C.
