Data taking hours to be loaded

Do we always have to come to hello Peter for u guy to deliver like really now. Bought data an hour ago and still now it's not loaded all the call center people say is its been sorted but still nothing. What is the point to but date to use at the present time to only receive it like hours later. Learn from other networks on how it's done

I emailed the proof of purchase and still nothing,
This is really not fair as your customers really 😕 😒 you really are disappointing in every end. What does one need to do yo get service from you guys? Your call center is useless. worst-case, they can't update with with anything they keep saying sorry like really 😐 🤔 I been patient and giving you so much chances but it's now getting out of hand really.

It's been 7days today still haven't received my 1gig.
I emailed my statement as requested still nothing when I call am told its handed over and someone will call me still nothing. This is really disappointing 😞 😔
