DATA not used

I have since requested Rain to contact me regarding a refund, and they keep on responding that they tried to call me on a number that I clearly stated that it is no longer in use. when I purchased their product they advised that it is on a month to month service `but to my surprise my account is still debited for data that I do not even use. I cannot pay for something that does not work for me. I NEED MY REFUND , RAIN IS A ****
