Darren Solomon was the agent that assisted me. He was friendly and so helpful and although I asked him to call me back a couple times because I needed to first consult with my husband he made sure to call me at those exact times specified. He answered all my questions and even came up with the solution of having me try out the product before fully committing as I wasn't sure if the connection would be strong enough for us.
