Daily network outages & poor service

Serious deterioration in network quality from the end of 2023 to now.

Snail speeds interrupted by a blue network light on the router, a regular occurrence between 19:00 and 10:00.

No direct number to raise technical issues. Takes two days to call back only to be greeted by a sales person looking to sell you more stuff that doesn't work. Wondering if a Rain technical team exists.

Very disappointed.
