Daily charged of R8.50 on anuthorised debit order by Rain Brynston and accumulating bill on un-used services

Hi,

I would like to understand from Rain why am I being charged while I did not use their service. What is the meaning of month-on-month service. On Top they say there is no contract but treated as if there is contract in place. I have not used Rain for 2 months and my account keep accumulating. On top of that I am charged 8.50 daily by their Bryanston debt collection which I never authorized any debit order. I need those charges to be reversed.
