CUT OF SERVICE EVEN THOUGH PAYMENT WAS MADE!

WIFI switched of today even though payment was made on 2nd August already. Payment was made using the LINK on the app. I had to drive all the way to the bank now and get charged for a statement just so I CAN PROVE I PAID! I was cut off during the middle of work. This is not acceptable and I really think I should change Service Provider!
