Customer support? What customer support?!

We are very disappointed from the service that we have received from Rain. We have sent numerous requests for customer "support" to contact us but until today, nothing! We received our sim card last Friday and have been unable to RICA it, the online RICA won't allow us to take selfie with ID or take a picture of front page of ID book. Very frustrated. Not what we expected.

Was optomistic that after complaining, I received an email that afternoon from Clinton who asked me to send my details so that my sim card could be RICA'd.
Unfortunately 2 days later it looks like we're back to square one.
Very disappointed.
