Customer support!?
I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks just to get my sim rica'd. I am unable to do it online - the selfie with ID and the front page of ID doesn't work. Clinton Scorgie from Rain emailed me last week asking me to email my documents to him and then he would rica my sim. I am still waiting........ Very disappointed.
