Customer Support at Rain, What's that??????

Over a week of continually trying to get hold of Rain support to report problems with my emails. Telephone rings then cuts off and as for sending emails, well what a joke that is as they remain unopened! Come on Rain support contact me so I can have this sorted out. Unfortunately, you are the only ones that can sort this as my email provider has proven that the problem lies with you not them. I am fed up of paying for a service for such shabby support!
