Customer support

To start off Rain customer service is beyond ****....how am i supposed to get support over a weekend if there is an issue with my wifi but they are only available monday to friday....and secondly no one gets back to you when you try to log an issue through the app....where is the so called support....i am not happy i got this network because it was affordable and i needed wifi for work but it has been down for 2 days and no one is trying to assist...pathetic service if you ask me
