Customer service sucks

Great internet services rain. However your customer service is extremely poor. I don't purchase airtime due to having internet at home. I CANT change my wifi password with the router's manager portal password. I have sent countless emails. Other people are somehow connected to my wifi and I would like to change my password...just wasted R50 airtime and Waiting listening to your amapiano like tune for ages with no consultant answering to my call.
