Customer service sucks

Ive had a good experience while using Rain network, except when I need customer service, then their service utterly sucks. For a second time, I am struggling with Rain and them taking my money when I am not using the service. I called in multiple times and made lots of enquiries to cancel my account as I was not using Rain since the end of January and was still being billed. The lady that helped me last, said that it was going to be closed down, however today, Rain billed me again and took the last money I had, that was meant for food. I know for a fact that they are going to make an excuse not to pay my money back as they did with the R1000 and the other money before that, but I am not working at the moment and the money they took was for food. Why was the money even taken? why is the account not closed ? Y'all network is good, but Rains customer service utterly sucks and Im seeing this over and over again. Nobody ever does what you need them to do
