Customer service sucks !

Okay 2 issues there was supposed to be a message or notification sent if you going to deduct a fee from a client ( they had a 7 day unlimited data that apparently ended on 25/10/2019) So i was not aware of it no one informed or posted it on there website , then when trying to resolve it there online chat assistant kicks me out of the chat because its 1pm and it's the closing time for there chat services but never gave me a reference number nothing his name is Faiz Shaik I got charged 83 rand just testing the uncapped service whether i could get signal , used 200 mbs at the most and this was during the 11pm to 6pm times ???? I was going to use there services on the 15th but I'm not so sure now ???????
