Customer service representative who helped me was Mikhail Ford, I am migrating to Rain One and I was thinking that I will be billed twice and he made sure that it won’t be double billing. I was already cancelling with the bad experience that I had before. They must have more customer representative like him (client retention). I have already tested the new Rain Modem it is working very well here in the rural areas, it works very even when we have load shedding. I will rate Mikhail with 5 out of 5.
