Customer Service: Rain 5G vs COJ - Which is worse?

I never thought any private company could out perform the City of Joburg ito customer service but Rain 5G may just get there. Using the lockdown as an excuse not to take calls is great cover for the fact that they never were taking calls in the first place. The immediacy of the service is non-existent and they are leaning heavily on the fact that they are first to market with accessible 5G. Lets hope that changes soon.
