Customer service non existing
good day I have been without internet for 4 days now, I have constently called every 2 hours where promisses are being made that I will be contacted back, but nothing. My simcard is faulty since the last tower outage, we dont get load shedding in our area so something else was wrong on the tower, and sice then my sim card is not working and I get an error message. I keep on phoning where promisses is being made. There is just now customer service from them at all. This is totally unacceptable and rediculous. You pay a lot of money every month for absolutely nothing.

I cant cancel my rain because they want to resolve it first, even if you are without intenet for the next 5 day, they dont care.
