**** customer service , lies to the customer ,doesn't live up to what they promote

I've been complaining about the network not working since the 11th Feb, writing emails and phoning them cause my signal keeps on going off and when it's on then it's no internet access and the process repeats .whenever you create a new ticket of a complain then they close it but the problem is not resolved and they never phone you back. My network is off still and yet they going to deduct again they money and I can't use the internet
