Customer service is poor, just like their network coverage. Stay away

I recently moved to Centurion, and I've been having connectivity issues ever since then. I called to enquire about their network coverage in the area, and they tell me that it is 100% active and I shouldn't be getting network coverage issues... But I still get connectivity issues, whether its monday at 10am or thursday past mid night, it makes no difference. I've emailed them, been 2 weeks now, and I still haven't received any response from them. I will be looking to cancel this service, as I don't derive any value from it... Customer service is poor, just like their network coverage...
