Customer service is not good at all to explain process first agent I spoke with to get started said the first month is free then I can to pay following month now my bill came up to R 1537 called agent I spoke with sounded annoyed and uninterested making the whole conversation horrible .Rain needs to make sure agents get to know the product well and agents to be friendly I was annoyed with my bill on top agent sounded horrible
