Customer Service is bull.

Unlimited WiFi from rain is fun and all but wait until you have a problem with the network the customer service will treat you like a clown. i was on hold for like 2h6m and then the call just ended like that. I called again and they said I should wait for a call back its been 2 weeks now. called again lady said she will send me an email on what to do, but never did. I'm really disappointed.
