My internet services was closed without warning today. I was furious I called customer service PULANE Chaka helped me so well. she deserves a promotion she's caring,attentive and effective thank you so much my dear. I told her that there was an agent that called me an mislead me to understand payments I don't like that coz I would have resolved payments on time.
