Customer service extremely ad

I had 2 simcards with them and on the 29th of June I requested the other Sim card to be canceled, 25th of July the deduct fir 2 simcards, I requested a refund for the other simcard I canceled. They keep telling me about post-paid which they are talking bull... The managed to get credit back my money but don't want to refund it back to my account hence I told them I don't want a credit but my refund..

They canceled my other Sim card without my knowledge then when I ask them to reactivate it, they say 4g Sim is no longer available. I had to buy the 5g which I see no difference from 4g but just the monthly premium .. Rain is a good network but their customer service is extremely poor, they very bad with communicating with clients...I've called many times requesting my refund but they still telling me about post paid what what whatsoever... Customer service of Rain is a problem, maybe they taking advantage that we can't go to their office which no one knows where they are
