Customer service doesn't exist

Ive been a rain customer but now I think it's time i cancel my subscription, due to them not responding. I changed my package to the 24/7 unlimited and I sent emails requesting them to change my package to the 19hours unlimited. Now today is the first of the month and they have not changed my package. I am not going to the R479 this month as I requested this to be done earlier. Their dashboard doesn't allow me to change the package. I'm really ****ed off
