good day i have a issue with rain internet provider for 4weeks now I've been sending email back and fort to them about my internet problem I've been trying everything to fix it and they still haven't fix my internet i sent emails to them telling them my internet still not fixed i even tried moving my router by myself on my roof and it still didn't fix my problem .i am a paying customer and i really want my internet fixed

I've been answering there troubleshooting question on my last email and there last response was

"Please note that I have now escalated your query to our senior Networks department to be further investigated , once feedback is made available I will then revert and advise,

its been 9 days now and still no response from them and i am getting fed up with this customer service that they didnt do anthing to fix my internet

i really would like my internet fix that is all i want from them because i cant do anything with it i am paying R699 pm that i can hardly use and i use internet every single day

all i want is my problem sorted out
