Customer service/ Customer supoort is very bad

I bought a Rain SIM card because when I checked the coverage on their website I was in blue (I have coverage). I also bought a SIM router in order to utilize the SIM however I found that the internet speed is very slow, at times (0.2 MBPS). I contacted their support and I got a response from them and they wanted me to give them details (address, screenshot of the APN, speed test) and after sharing the details they stopped responding to my emails. They responded on the 14/06/20 and my last email that I sent was on 19/06/20. They are failing me because I have already procured the SIM and router somewhere else in order to utilize the SIM. This is my last resort because I cannot escalate further.
