Customer service at rain is exceptional

Customer service at rain is exceptional. The quality of service you receive from their agents is professional and effortless. Call backs are a breeze and they are helpful. Only problem I had is that they wanted to charge me R4000 for a new router which is ridiculous. I then decided just to upgrade my router and package. If it wasn't for that 4k router i would probably have given Rain a 5.
