Customer service and services

Pathetic customers services. I've constantly emailed them and called them with zero help. Been paying R699 for 50 mb download but only receiving 1 mb or sometimes less and they've done nothing about. i would advise to stay clear as me and all my friends will be canceling our rain due to this poor services.
