Customer service and communications joke!

This company is USELESS!!! I have a technical issue and need assistance. They refer you to their app on all their channels. just launched their app and it crashes before it loads properly. I uninstalled, reinstalled and tried to log in. It wouldn't accept my credentials so I reset my password only to get an error message: "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again", so I did, and got the same error message. I never complain, but I'm paying for a service... that I'm not getting!!! The WhatsApp line is useless - they just ignore you, or refer you back to their app... WHICH DOESN'T WORK!!! I tried to call the landline 5 times being cut off after the automatic greeting the first 4 times, and when I finally got through to an operator, she dissapeared and I couldn't hear anything!!! I'm still waiting for a call-back. I recommend to not make use of them, to save yourself a lot of frustration!!! They are a telecoms and internet company but you can't get through to them. That certainly says a lot! They provide infrastructure for these services but does not even have infrastructure to facilitate communication with their own customers. I d9n't have a "ticket ID"... because I COULDN'T GET THOUGH TO THEM TO GET ONE!!! I therefore also have no reference number whatsoever besides my cell number that they should pick up on their WhatsApp line. I expect to be co tacted or I WILL find another service provider
