Customer service agent I spoke to was too tier

Customer service agent I spoke to was too tier. Ever so patient and went all the way to help me reset my passwords and activate my cell SIM cards to be able to make calls. I hope rain reaches out to me to ask who the agent is because it is definitely people like this that a frustrating experience turned into a pleasent one.
