Customer Service after getting the product is horrible

Rain has been horrible from the beginning.. From the sales guy lying about the pricing of the product to having to fight them to fix it. When that was fixed a new billing issue again and now I have not had any connection from Friday night. I really hate choosing this provider. Their customers is horrible. The only time they are prompt and on it is when they are selling you the product. After that it's welcome to the hunger games!!
