Customer service after changing to 5G

Changed to 5G from 4G

Was working for about an hour then it bommed out, no internet connection at all, called the help centre and talked to a very arrogant sounding gentleman that just kept on saying he can only log a ticket and they will get back to me withing 48H

Asked for a manager and he said they can only call me back he cant transfer the call, not sure why rain is the only company in Sa that cant transfer you to a manager

Now I am stuck without any internet until monday

Not impressed with Rains customer service at all
